October 1958, in the midst of the Cold War, Yugoslav scientists are seriously irradiated as part of a secret mission. They are suspected of working on the manufacture of a nuclear bomb. Repatriated to France, they are taken care of by Professor Mathé at the Institut Curie. A race against time begins to save them...
