From September 25 to October 4, 2026, the Festival of Five Continents invites you to experience ten days of cinema, encounters and discoveries across the Franco-Geneva region.
From Ferney-Voltaire, the festival’s starting and meeting point, screenings and events will take place in partner venues throughout the region, offering audiences the opportunity to discover films from all five continents and meet the people who make them.
This new edition brings together a rich and diverse selection of films, with stories, perspectives and voices from around the world.
The Festival of Five Continents is also about encounters: with filmmakers and guests, but also with audiences, associations and local partners. Throughout the festival, screenings, discussions, workshops and special events will invite everyone to discover cinema from a different perspective.
The festival will take place in Ferney-Voltaire, Gex, Divonne-les-Bains, Ornex, Saint-Genis-Pouilly, Saint-Julien-en-Genevois, Valserhône, Versoix and Carouge.
The Cinéma Voltaire in Ferney-Voltaire is the only venue where films from all five continents will be screened.
For €25, the Pass’F5C gives you access to 5 screenings, valid throughout the festival in all partner cinemas.
The pass is non-nominative and can be shared. It can be purchased online from September 1 to October 4, 2026, or directly at participating cinemas during the festival.
Please note that the pass must be exchanged for a ticket at the cinema before each screening. We particularly recommend doing so in advance for the opening night.
The Festival of Five Continents officially opens on Friday, September 25, 2026, launching ten days dedicated to international cinema, encounters and discovery.
