Film talk on women in animated cinema
In this film talk, Cécile Noesser, a PhD in sociology specialising in animated cinema, invites us to discover how animated short films have fostered a culture in which women’s voices can be heard. The talk “Animated Cinema: A Female Perspective” explores the female gaze, the aesthetics of desire, and the relationship to the body.
This encounter is a deep dive into an art form where imagination becomes language, where drawing takes the floor, and where women’s voices open new horizons in the world of cinema.
